Our staff consists of Registered Early Childhood Educators with 10 to 20 years of experience from culturally diverse backgrounds.

All staff have up-to-date First Aid and CPR training.  We also encourage the personal growth of all our staff members by financially supporting them to attend a variety of workshops.

Staff programs a variety of activities that support the child’s individual interests and needs weekly.  Individual program plans are planned each month in the infant room and developmental checklists are conducted for all age groups at each developmental milestone.

We strongly believe that Courtleigh Place CCC., is an extension of the child’s home and therefore we provide a warm, home-like environment.

Our onsite chef prepares warm meals that are nutritious, delicious, and that meet the requirements of the Canada Food Guide.
